A few things to know before you apply.
Who can become a retailer?
Established brick-and-mortar stores and established retail websites are welcome. Reselling on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, other third-party marketplaces, live sales, or mobile/vehicle-based businesses is not permitted.
Quantities and testers
All wholesale items, including wax melts, candles, and testers, have a minimum quantity of three and must be ordered in increments of three per scent, size, and format. Sizes and formats cannot be combined to meet the minimum. Optional matching testers are 20% below the usual wholesale price.
Payment and shipping
Direct orders are paid in full at checkout. We ship with USPS or UPS only. Shipping time is 3–7 days. Free shipping applies to all orders over $500. Shipping charges for orders of $500 or less are shown at checkout. Alcohol-based perfumes and sprays require suitable ground shipping. Local pickup is not offered.
Damage, returns, and cancellations
Returns are not accepted because of contamination concerns. For shipping damage, contact Lorabees with photos so we can review the issue and support a carrier claim. Request cancellations as soon as possible, within a few hours of ordering. Orders may move quickly into packing and shipping.
